Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
